But since choosing to make the move into a CCRC is major life decision, messaging to promote Parkside needed to not only instill trust in the Presby’s name, but also convey energy, excitement and life that is found in the overall Rydal Park lifestyle.
Solution
Stevens & Tate developed series of targeted direct mail pieces, print ads and newspaper inserts that were designed to build name recognition and generate interest in the community. The ultimate goal was to drive attendance to special on-site evens, which gave prospective residents the perfect opportunity to experience this enriching and carefree lifestyle for themselves.
