Situation
The anchor community of Centex Destination Properties’® Ocean Hammock communities, Palm Coast Resort was more than a collection of residences, it was an amenity-filled, 4-star resort experience including restaurants, a spa, pools, hot tubs, outdoor cabanas and at the heart of it all–a five-bell marina. Giving a lively, “Water Wonderland” vibe and voice to this unique community was integral to increasing the number of preconstruction reservations made.
Solution
Employing a wide range of premier traditional and interactive marketing materials, Stevens & Tate created an extensive marketing campaign to play up the connectivity of Palm Coast Resort and its other golf courses and communities, its upscale amenities and club membership opportunities as well as the Palm Coast area’s numerous regional attractions. Qualified prospects were invited to a select preconstruction event, where they received a comprehensive “Choice Book” accompanied by an engraved iPod pre-recorded with water-inspired recordings and musical scores. This breathtaking piece provided snapshots of the Palm Coast lifestyle that really brought life to the more traditional renderings, floor plans, and amenity listings. Supplementing this campaign were extensive interactive and print ads in local and regional publications and affiliate websites, email blasts and high-visibility outdoor freeway signage.
